1. Agreement to these terms

2. About Ayzntra

Ayzntra provides custom software development, web and mobile applications, AI automation, and dedicated developer staffing services to business clients globally. Information on the Site is for general marketing and informational purposes.

3. Permitted use

• You may browse the Site and use contact, scheduling, and enquiry features for legitimate business purposes.
• You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content at scale without permission, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
• You must not imply a partnership, endorsement, or employment relationship with Ayzntra except as expressly agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property on the Site

Unless stated otherwise, Ayzntra (or its licensors) owns the Site content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and design. 5. Client projects and deliverables

Ownership of software, designs, and other deliverables created under a paid engagement is defined in your project contract (typically the client receives agreed deliverables upon payment, with Ayzntra retaining pre-existing tools and know-how).

Nothing on the Site transfers intellectual property rights in custom work; only a signed agreement does.

6. Confidential information

If you share confidential business information with us through the Site or sales process, we treat it as confidential subject to any NDA or contract in place. Do not submit information you are not authorised to disclose or that you cannot share under your own obligations.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party services (for example Calendly, LinkedIn, or Google). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Case studies, insights, and examples describe past or illustrative work; they are not guarantees of future results. Technical approaches and timelines depend on your specific requirements and agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayzntra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Site (other than liability that cannot be excluded by law) is limited to one hundred (100) USD or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ayzntra harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ayzntra's contracting entity as specified in your written agreement with us, or otherwise the laws of the jurisdiction where Ayzntra primarily conducts the relevant engagement, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes relating to paid services should be resolved as set out in your project contract. For Site-only disputes, parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at the email below.
